Available Staff & Key Criteria
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- NMC-registered (Part 3/13 or 5/14)
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Skilled in care planning, crisis response, safeguarding
- Mental Health Nurse
NMC-registered with a relevant mental health nursing qualification - Compassionate, self-motivated, and flexible
- Strong teamworking and evidence-based care background
Mental Health Practitioner
- Degree or diploma in Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy
- Registered with NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England
- 1.5–2+ years of frontline mental health experience
- Trained in standardised assessment tools
Senior Mental Health Practitioner
- Degree or diploma in Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy
- Registered with NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England
- 1.5–2+ years of frontline mental health experience
- Trained in standardised assessment tools
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of The Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, MHA 1983
- Experience managing caseloads and guiding junior staff
Nurse Practitioner
NMC-registered with an Independent Prescribing qualification
Master’s or NP-level qualification
Advanced clinical assessment & 1+ year primary/community experience
Experience working autonomously
Registered General Nurse (RGN / Night Nurse)
- NMC-registered with care planning & risk assessment experience
- 2+ years post-registration experience
- Knowledge of clinical governance and regulatory frameworks
Healthcare Assistant / Care Assistant / Senior / Night
- Recognised venepuncture course (essential)
- NHS Health Check eLearning modules (desirable)
- Experience in residential, dementia, and personal care
- Excellent communication and a caring, compassionate nature
